Get ready to show off your baking prowess! Use your own apples, or for an obvious advantage pick up free Penrose apples at the Chamber of Commerce office the week before. Submit your pie on Apple Day, October 1, 2011, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. at the Community Room at the Wells Fargo Bank location in Penrose.
